Weight Issues!

It's been a very challenging month diet-wise! Last year, I managed to loose 20kg! This year! Nothing! I've managed to maintain the loss though, which can be a challenge on its own.
Things have been getting worse, I weight myself this morning and saw that I'm up by 3kg since, I'm not sure when. Maybe in the last month? Yeah, somewhere there! Very bad girl!
I'm going to work toward loosing that 3kg, if anything and then maintain, until I'm mentally ready to watch what I eat again. Right now, my mind is all over the place, I'm not sure where I'll be and what I'll be doing with myself and my life from next month on. That can cause a sista to eat!

  1. Brook, managing what to eat in Georgia is must if you want to watch your weight. :-) A lot of TLGers commented about this subject, here one of these:

If you really want to loose weight while in Georgia it can be done, but would require a lot of self-discipline from the temptation to try everything offered to you.

Tell the host family that you eat only the food they eat during the Lent - everything will be clear for them and that would answer their questions. This diet is meat/fat free and however it does not mean that food is less tasty.

However you will be still stuffed with Khachapuri and dishes where major part is bread and potatoes of 50 different variations.

More more - walk a lot. You'll have it there, especially if you won't be in the capital, but 3-4km walking daily is must. Which bring another subject about what to pack - make sure you have shoes which are comfortable enough to stand/walk for several hours.

  2. Thanks, I'll bear that in mind and I'll follow the link. Omg, I know this is going to be an uphill battle. But I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.
    Thanks I:)
